Odds Of A Perfect Bracket
Creating a perfect bracket for the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament is widely considered one of the most unlikely feats in sports prediction.
The tournament features 63 games, and getting every result correct would mean perfectly forecasting dozens of matchups filled with upsets, momentum swings, and unpredictable performances.
If every game were a random guess, the chance of perfection would be roughly 1 in 9.2 quintillion. Even with expert knowledge of team rankings, statistics, and historical trends, the odds remain incredibly slim, often estimated at around 1 in billions.

- Participants must be 18+.
- One entry per participant.
- Participants must have a valid Bovada.lv account to enter the bracket.
- Participants must enter the contest using the same email as their Bovada.lv account.
- To be eligible for a prize, players must have made a crypto or Matchpay deposit in the last 14 days before entry.
- Prize amounts are as follows:
- 1st Place – $25,000
- 2nd Place – $15,000
- 3rd Place – $10,000
- All prizes are cash, credited into the winners’ Bovada accounts.
- Winnings will be credited within 10 days of the NCAA Championship ending.
- Contest entries can be made from 03/16/2026 to 03/19/2026 (before the First Round begins).
- The contest finishes and results finalized after the NCAA Championship game is over.
- The scores per correct pick for each round are as follows: First Round – 1 point. Second Round – 2 points. Sweet Sixteen – 4 points. Elite Eight – 8 points. Final Four – 16 points. NCAA Championship – 32 points.
- Picks cannot be changed once submitted.
- Should Bovada detect fraud, foul play, any manipulation of the promotion rules or abuse of the promotion, the relevant player and their related accounts will be suspended from the current and any future promotions.
- Bovada reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to Bovada’s General Terms and Conditions.
