Super Bowl LX is finally over, and with it, all the speculation, analysis, complaints, and second-guessing. The Seattle Seahawks, a team that started as approximately +6000 (60/1 odds) underdogs after Super Bowl LIX, hoisted Lombardi and paid $3,000 to anyone clairvoyant enough to place a $50 wager.
To give you an early start on the 2027 Super Bowl, we share the Super Bowl LXI odds and explain why some futures may deserve more attention than others.

Super Bowl LXI Favorites
Seattle Seahawks +800
Obviously, Seattle is the favorite overall. The previous Super Bowl champions tend to be a top-two choice a day or two later as they’re still washing the champagne out of their eyes.
Quarterback Sam Darnold is still young, as is Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and they’ve got a defensive-minded head coach with a talented defensive line and secondary. Everything is in line for another run.
However, there hasn’t been a repeat champion since 2023; prior to that, not since 2004. Complicating matters for Seattle, offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak is the new Las Vegas head coach after turning Sam Darnold into a Super Bowl QB.
Los Angeles Rams +800
The Rams were a touchdown away from their second trip to the Super Bowl in five years, but Seattle’s defense held strong in the fourth.
They still have the pieces to win it all. QB Matthew Stafford is nearing 40 but was the NFL MVP and finished the season healthy. They have a superstar receiver in Puka Nacua and an innovative head coach; the Rams can make a deep run with that core alone, while the draft and free agency give them opportunities to add the pieces needed to compete with Seattle.
Buffalo Bills +1200
After another disappointing loss in the playoffs, the Bills shocked the NFL by firing the coach who led the franchise turnaround – Sean McDermott. The Bills reached the divisional round in six consecutive seasons and advanced to the AFC Championship Game twice. But McDermott’s Bills have now blown a fourth-quarter lead to end the Bills’ season in four of the last five seasons.
So who takes his place? The Bills’ offensive coordinator Joe Brady. The move, though met with apathy, creates strong continuity, allowing the Bills to reload for 2026. However, they didn’t solve their real problem, personnel. General manager Brandon Beane has struggled to find top receiver talent for quarterback Josh Allen or provide consistent talent on defense.
Super Bowl LXI Solid Contenders
San Francisco 49ers +1800
We don’t know if the seemingly wild theory that a nearby electrical substation is causing enough current to tear ACLs and Achilles tendons, but there have to be healthier days ahead for the 49ers – the most successful but injury-prone franchise you’ll find in the last decade.
A moderately healthy season has to be coming soon. If that happens, Kyle Shanahan will have his 49ers poised to make a deep run. San Frantcisco lose its star defensive coordinator, Robert Saleh, but his replacement, Raheem Morris, has a resume just as strong.
San Francisco has the players and the coaching; now they need a bit of luck.
Chicago Bears +2800
Caleb Williams wasn’t perfect during his first season under coach Ben Johnson, but you could see the growth in terms of understanding quarterback minutiae, coupled with game-changing plays that made him the No. 1 overall pick. With a Mahomes-like QB and an impressive nucleus of weapons, the Bears are poised to make a deeper run if Williams continues to grow and they add talent to their defense.
Cincinnati Bengals +3000
The Bengals are messy and cheap, but with their QB and two-star WRs under contract, they have an opportunity to continue improving their defense and offensive line through the draft and free agency. If Joe Burrow can play 16-plus games for the fourth time in seven seasons, the Bengals have the pedigree to go from below .500 to Super Bowl contender.
Super Bowl LXI Big Underdogs
New York Giants +7500
Despite a 4-13 record, the Giants made plenty of noise in 2025 with the dual-threat play of rookie QB Jaxson Dart, the tough running of running back Cam Stattebo, and the late momentum of No. 3 overall pick Abdul Carter at edge. The team has young and talented energy, and their star receiver, Malik Nabers, will be ready to return in 2026 after tearing his ACL in Week 4.
The icing on the cake is that this young team hired a coach with Super Bowl pedigree. John Harbaugh saw the potential and immediately jumped at the opportunity after being let go by Baltimore. The marriage could take them from worst to first in the NFC East.
Tennessee Titans +15000
The Titans’ long Super Bowl LXI odds are warranted after fielding a roster that many believe was one of the worst in the league.
But the way their rookie QB performed, the young nucleus bonded, and the elite coaching staff assembled this offseason has them feeling like the 2025 New England Patriots.
Like the Patriots, the Titans have a rookie QB who showed flashes all season despite limited support. They hired head coach Robert Saleh, a defensive-minded motivator like 2025 coach of the year Mike Vrabel. Their new offensive coordinator, Brian Daboll, has the pedigree of New England’s OC Josh McDaniels, and they have a ton of cap space to make a deep run at free agents, which is what also led to New England’s quick resurgence.
There’s no telling if history repeats itself, but with the current pieces in place, the Titans have crazy pre-draft Super Bowl odds if you believe that quick turnarounds don’t just happen in New England.
New Orleans Saints +17500
In terms of talent versus Super Bowl odds, the Saints may be the best value pick before free agency kicks off.
They won four of five games to finish the season behind rookie QB Tyler Shough. Running back Alvin Kamara is still a rushing/receiving threat, WR Chris Olave is an All-Pro receiver, and their defense was one of the best against the pass.
The Saints also play in the NFC South, a division that just saw the 8-9 Carolina Panthers win it.
