Addison Rae current metamorphization from TikTok dance star from the pandemic era to the chic & tasteful artist has become an enigma to many. After announcing her debut single, “Obsessed” produced by Benny Blanco, many were receptive to the release of the track which caused a sheer lack of confidence for the star. However, with a loss of self-awareness on where her artistic direction will head, Rae decided to create a pause on her music career to focus on the needed attributes to become the star she envisioned herself to be in pop culture.

Album Release:
- Before July 15th 2025: +200
- Not Before 15th 2025: -300
Addison Rae released her Lana Del Rey inspired track, “Diet Pepsi” on August 9th, 2024. With odds of -300, it would make sense for her debut album to be released at least a year after her lead single, to give herself a good promotional campaign.
However, it’s plausible for Addison to release the album before summer embarks as seen with odds of +200. This could be because she would allow listeners to consume the music which could potentially lead to virality. This first case study can be seen with her fellow peer Charli xcx, which resulted in the “BRAT Summer” cultural phenomenon.
Album Features:
- Charli xcx: -4000
- Dua Lipa: +300
- Lady Gaga: +1500
- Olivia Rodrigo: +400
- Sabrina Carpenter: +800
Leading the forefront odds with -4000 is fellow friend & collaborator Charli xcx. It would be natural if Charli made an appearance on Addison’s album after featuring on ‘AR’ track “2 Die 4” & bringing the pop alumni into the AG Cook reimagined version of “Von Dutch” which features Rae’s titular scream. Charli has been showing support again & again on Addison’s string of single releases on social media, so we can see her making a feature on the album.
On the other side of the spectrum, Lady Gaga has an odd of +1500 which could be unlikely to occur but not impossible. Addison has shown much admiration to Lady Gaga in various interviews & even took on one of her old discarded outtakes, “Nothing On (But The Radio)” from her ‘Born This Way’ album, and re-recorded it into ‘AR.’
As per Dua Lipa with odds of +300, Olivia Rodrigo with +400 & Sabrina Carpenter with +800, it would be cool to see Addison work on a feature with any of these as they’re currently on in the pop landscape right now.
Billboard Chart Position:
- No. 1: +500
- No. 2-10: +500
- No. 11 Or Lower: -800
‘AR’ peaked at No. 45 at the top current album charts which was decent for its quick release and minimal promotion given. “Diet Pepsi” peaked at No. 54 on the Hot 100 chart which became her first single to even enter the chart. Her follow-up single, “Aquamarine” landed at No. 10 of the US Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart which was a decline & ultimately her latest track, “High Fashion” failed to enter any US chart whatsoever. With these statistics, it could be feasible that Rae’s debut album could debut No. 11 or lower with betting odds of -800, but with lower possibilities of debuting at top or even cracking the Top 10 with their respective odds of +500 each.
