NFL Week 14 is here. While we’re all still digesting Thanksgiving Day weekend – where an incredible 12 games were decided by a touchdown or less – this coming weekend of NFL football looks just as appetizing.
We’ve got the latest NFL previews and betting tips for all the action. Keep reading for some of the key games to get in on.

Green Bay Packers (+160) at Detroit Lions (-185)
The Detroit Lions seem to have too many weapons on offense to contend with, yet they’ve opened up as modest 3.5-point favorites against the Green Bay Packers.
It can’t be the Lambeau magic at work since the Lions will be at home for this NFC North battle. It must be the Packers own 9-3 record, plus the emergence of Josh Jacobs as a rushing and receiving force to rival the Lions’ own dynamic running back duo of David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs.
Factor in Packers’ QB Jordan Love, who is pick-free in his last two games after a tough start to the season with too many interceptions. The Pack might be peaking at the right time as the NFL playoffs loom. They’ve won 7 of their last 8 games. The only loss though? To those mighty Lions…
The Lions are 5-1 ATS in their last six games against Green Bay, so keep that in mind.
With a raucous home crowd in one of the best Thursday Night Football matchups of the season, and a Packers’ D that has a big question mark next to the health of star corner Jaire Alexander, the Lions’ mane weapons like Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jared Goff, and their punishing running backs might prove too much to keep it within a touchdown.

Seattle Seahawks (+125) at Arizona Cardinals (-145)
With the division crown and playoff spots still very much within reach for both these teams, the NFL odds for this NFC West battle between the Seahawks and the Cardinals are close and could be shifting often.
Just two weeks ago, Seattle beat Arizona 16-6 in front of the Seahawks’ loud crowd. Will the home-field advantage switch to Kyler Murray & Co. now?
Four of the Cards’ six wins this season have come at home, and they’re returning from a 2-game road losing streak, so look for a potential home boost in this battle of the birds. Arizona has only found the end zone once in the past two weeks. On the bright side, they can move the ball – three trips to the red zone in the first half alone against Minnesota last weekend – and it’s unlikely that they’ll stall again that often against their division rival.
Speaking of the Seahawks, they are coming off a somewhat unimpressive win over the Jets, but the ton of special teams mistakes they made to keep the score close are also unlikely to be repeated.
Seattle is on a six-game win streak over the Cardinals, and for fans who like betting the spread, they’re 5-1 ATS in this same stretch.
The current spread for this Week 14 Seahawks vs. Cardinals game is a tight 2.5 points in Arizona’s favor, so keep that in mind as you make your bets.
Los Angeles Chargers (+160) at Kansas City Chiefs (-185)
NFL fans all know that the Kansas City Chiefs are possibly the luckiest 11-1 team ever to play in the league.
In the past two weeks, a couple of fluky wins over teams like Carolina and the Raiders just added to the Chiefs’ 2024 lore. Nine out of their 11 wins this year have come by a single score.
All that luck doesn’t mean they’re a walk, however. Patrick Mahomes is still dangerous at any point of any game. And he’s a crazy 22-6 in December over his career, so he may just be hitting his stride this season.
The Chargers are a tough team to read. Yes, they have won 5 of their last 6, which is likely part of why their moneyline odds against KC for Week 14 are so close.
But their wins have come against the likes of the Titans, Saints, Panthers, Raiders, and Falcons – all teams that are likely to miss the playoffs.
Too many question marks might reduce the Chargers’ power as they head into Arrowhead for a Sunday Night Football showdown. QB Justin Herbert has been sacked 9 times in the last two games (Chiefs’ All-Pro DE Chris Jones might like his chances to add to that total), and their star RB JK Dobbins is still out.
December, Mahomes, Sunday Night primetime? It feels like a get-right game for Kansas City.

Cincinnati Bengals (-260) at Dallas Cowboys (+215)
Both teams are clinging to life for a playoff spot as we head into NFL Week 14, and despite needing some help to make it, they’ll also need this game badly to have any chance at all.
The Bengals are possibly the NFL’s most snakebit team this year, and they’re coming off another tough loss last weekend to the Steelers. Seven of Cincy’s 8 losses have been by a touchdown or less.
Joe Burrow and his top receiving crew of Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase are doing their part. It’s the Bengals’ defense that is the issue. In their last 3 games alone, they’ve given up an average of close to 38 points.
Big D might take advantage of that weak D. Dallas has won 2 straight, snapping a 5-game losing streak.
Running back Rico Dowdle has averaged 99 yards per game in the last two weeks, and the ‘Boys averaged 30.5 PPG in the process.
The Cowboys also have defensive star Micah Parsons back in action. If he can get to Burrow often, the Cowboys could cover the current 6-point spread.
Over 200 bets are available for this Monday Night Football game between the Bengals and Cowboys.
New York Jets (+235) at Miami Dolphins (-285)
The New York Jets’ season from hell continued with another loss last week after giving up two big leads. Now it’s Aaron Rodgers’ own status as a starting QB that’s up in the air.
Will the Jets rally as they take on the Miami Dolphins in Week 14?
NFL odds watchers have reason to be skeptical. Rodgers hasn’t thrown for 200 yards in any of their last 3 games, and the whole team committed 12 penalties to hand the game to the Seahawks last weekend.
The Dolphins, currently in 2nd in the AFC East, are still playing for a potential playoff spot, so they’ll probably come out firing. They were on a 3-game win streak before last week’s loss to the Packers, and they’ll be back on their warm home turf.
But all is not going swimmingly with the Dolphins. Their defense just gave up close to 400 yards of offense to the Packers, with missed tackles everywhere.
If Rodgers, Breece Hall, Garret Wilson, and the rest of the talented (on paper) Jets can fly even a little, they could keep this game closer than the current 6.5-point spread suggests.
Then again, the Jets are a brutal 1-8 against the spread in their last 9 games.
If NYJ has indeed packed it in for the season and they bench Rodgers, then Miami’s Tyreek Hill, Tua Tagovailoa, and De’Von Achane might just ground the Jets.
